The five classroom blocks and other amenities is intended to accommodate about 1000 secondary students from the northeastern district (Calibishe, Woodford Hill, Wesley, Marigot, Concord, Atkinson and parts of the Carib Territory).
If all goes as planned, as of September 2006 the school will open its doors to the students who currently attend the St. Andrew's High School and Marigot Secondary School.
